As proud as any parents could be — in 2024, both sons purchased their own unit in the same Marigot Beach building where this family story began. Unit 709 was taken down to the studs and rebuilt from scratch into something entirely new for this building.
The brothers set out to build a luxury unit unlike anything else in Marigot Beach — a completely different aesthetic, completely different finish level, designed for a guest who wants a premium oceanfront experience.
